Hi, I'm Kristine Kaoverii Weber
I’ve been teaching yoga since 1995 and training yoga teachers since 2003. I learned yoga when I was in my teens and started using it regularly to address my own anxiety and depression. 
I have been training mental health professionals to use yoga in their clinical practice since 2009 at the Mountain Area Health Education Center in Asheville, North Carolina.

I started the first 200 training program exclusively for mental health professionals in the United States.
I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction challenges and chronic illnesses since 1995. 
I have been working on the national level to help change health care policy to integrate yoga and yoga therapy.
