How to keep your mind & memory sharp
in as little as 15 minutes per day
How to keep your mind & memory sharp in as little as 15 minutes per day
Even if you’re out of shape and yoga is not “your thing”
Some people are terrified of aging - but along with getting wiser and knowing yourself better, it can also be possible to age in a fun, healthy way - a way that supports memory, focus, attention, and cognition.

It’s hard not to worry or feel frustrated by aging - particularly if you are dealing with cognitive changes, chronic health challenges, or pain and discomfort.

And you may wonder - is there anything I can do about it?

And you may wonder - is there anything I can do about it?
Perhaps you’ve already explored many of the recommendations out there like:
⏺ Herbal supplements (didn't actually help)
Fitness classes (too difficult, too costly, or questionably safe)
⏺ Yoga classes (too fast and too hard)
Crossword puzzles, sudoku, and brain teasers (fun, but are they really helping?)

● Yoga classes (too fast and too hard)
● Crossword puzzles, sudoku, and brain teasers (fun, but are they really helping?)
While all the above strategies may support brain health - if they are not specifically tailored for it and, in the case of yoga and fitness classes, if the instructors aren’t sure how to teach you to use these modalities to support brain health - then there is something missing.
I know that I want a complete system for healthy aging - one that supports the health of my brain with appropriate movement exercises - there are millions of others who want the same.
As a yoga teacher, I often find the greatest barrier to my student’s practice is feeling confident that what they are learning is actually effective - and won’t cause or exacerbate discomfort. They also want a practice that gives them the most bang for their buck - something that’s short, effective, and affordable.
Repetition changes the brain - that’s why fitness and yoga practices are practices! They have to be done regularly. I knew that if I could help my students improve their brain health, if I wanted to help them develop and maintain a healthy, effective practice, it must be achievable:
●  In the comfort of your own home
●  Adapted to your schedule
●  Affordable
●  In a short period of time
●  Without risk of injury
●  With a balance between variety and repetition (so that it doesn’t become boring, but is also not frustratingly inaccessible), and
●  Actually work!
So, I set out to create a program that would transform the brain health of my students AND meet all the requirements above.

AND... FINALLY, IT'S HERE!

Hi, I'm Kristine Weber
MA, C-IAYT, ERYT500, YACEP
May I tell you a Bit of my story?
When I first started teaching chair yoga in 1995 there was very little research out there about how yoga could support and improve brain health (although intuitively, I knew it could).
Yet my students kept telling me how much they liked my chair yoga classes, how great they felt afterwards - mentally and cognitively - and how different my classes were from their exercise classes. They told me that they felt clearer, more focused, and more present - so I knew I was on to something.
But I knew that if I wanted to grow my classes and convince the administrators of health care facilities that what I taught was effective, I was going to have to be able to explain the benefits simply and convincingly.

So, I dove deep into research and study. I studied the brain. I took many workshops and trainings. And I developed practices to teach my students that were highly targeted on brain and nervous system health - and they work!
Fast forward almost 30 years and now there’s a lot of research about the benefits of yoga for brain health. BUT not all yoga is created equal! There are specific practices - movement, meditation, and breathing - and specific ways of sequencing those practices that are good for the brain and nervous system - and it has nothing to do with the pretzel stuff!

Hundreds of people have told me how much clearer, more alert, more focused, and more balanced they feel using these simple practices every day.
