I started studying yoga seriously in 1989, I started teaching in 1995, and I started training yoga teachers in 2003. I am strongly dedicated to slow, conscious practices. I even lived and studied yoga and healing arts in Asia for 4 years.
For the past 10 years I’ve been studying the neuroscientific benefits of yoga and meditation and I specialize in teaching yoga professionals how to explain these benefits to their students.
In 2018 I released 2 online courses for yoga professionals. I’m humbled, and deeply grateful for the incredible response I’ve had to these courses. The interest has validated my belief that the world needs this information, desperately.
