This workshop will teach to you to
create sequences that change your nervous system, your mental/emotional state, and over time, build greater resilience, balance, and peacefulness. Briefly changing your state with a breathing practice, yoga pose, or mudra, is
not the same thing as knowing how to use practices regularly to create neuroplastic changes over time.
This approach to sequencing utilizes breath in a very skillful way that is much more specific than “inhale up, exhale down” or extended hyperventilating, or even restorative yoga, to create powerful changes in the body and mind.
