I’ve been teaching yoga since 1995 and training yoga teachers since 2003. I learned yoga when I was in my teens and started using it regularly to address my own anxiety and depression.
For more than a decade I’ve been studying the neuroscientific benefits of yoga and meditation. I am a passionate advocate of slow, mindful yoga and have dedicated myself to teaching people how it can strengthen the nervous system and optimize the brain.
I am humbled and honored that somehow I’ve gathered the kindest, sweetest, most compassionate group of yoga enthusiasts and teachers from every corner of the world in my online courses, events and The Subtle® Yoga Resilience Society™ (you can read some of their thoughts about Subtle® Yoga below).
