I'll explain more about that in a bit... but first, may I tell you a little about my own sleep struggles?

MY SLEEP STORY - Nope, not like Sleeping Beauty at all! 

I've Struggled with Sleep since I was a kid. 
I personally understand the pain and frustration of not sleeping well. Not only have I struggled with sleep, but also with anxiety and depression. In my teens, I started using yoga regularly and it has changed my life.

I became a yoga teacher in 1995 and started training yoga teachers in 2003. But, it wasn't until I realized that if I could explain the neuroscience behind how yoga works for sleep (and everything else!) that students would become really interested in learning from me. 

Now, I find that students and yoga teachers can't get enough of my work - and it's largely because I teach with the nervous system in mind (butt and abs? Not so much.)
