The past 2 years were tough for all of us - many of us experienced uncertainty, isolation, disconnection, and anxiety
. There are work and financial pressures
- and we’ve had to adapt to new paradigms and new normals.
On top of that we’ve had to show up and be strong for our partners, our parents, our children, our siblings, our friends and, as yoga teachers, for our students.
Right now, self-care is everything! There’s so much hype, noise, fear, and 24-7 news, so it’s really never been more important to carve out sanctuary time to have the space to focus on self-care and building greater resilience.
