The first four Wednesdays of every month at 9:30am ET.
The monthly schedule will be as follows:
1st Wednesday - 90 minute Workshop - approx. 30 minutes of lecture + 60 minutes of asanas
2nd Wednesday - 45 minute Pranayama - approx. 20 minutes of pranayama + 25 minutes of asanas
3rd Wednesday - 45 minute Meditation - approx. 20 minutes of meditation + 25 minutes of asanas
4th Wednesday - 60 minute Yoga Class - 60 minutes of asanas
In the months where there are 5 Wednesdays no content will be released.
If you can’t join live, the recordings will be filed in the group for easy access for you to watch for the first time or to return to time and time again.
